Comment on the 2026 CMS ESRD PPS Proposed Rule (CMS-1830-P) by August 29!

CMS is seeking comment by August 29 on some topics, including measures to assess health, happiness, and life satisfaction, emotional well-being, social connections, purpose, and fulfillment, as well as tools and measures that promote healthy eating habits, exercise, nutrition, or physical activity. Here is a link to the CMS Fact Sheet about the updates, and here is a link to the Federal Register posting and a BUTTON to submit a public comment. You can post as an individual, an organization, or anonymously. The site asks for your email if you want to know your comment was received, but won’t post it.
